Agreement

By accessing or using LeadOnSpot services, you agree to these terms and the order form or checkout that applies to your subscription. If you use the product on behalf of a company, you represent you have authority to bind that company.

Services

We will provide the products and support described in your plan. Features may evolve; we will not materially reduce core functionality for a paid plan without notice where reasonably practicable.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for credentials, user activity on your account, and compliance with laws. You will not probe, attack, or misuse the service, or use it to process unlawful or prohibited content.

Fees and taxes

Fees are as quoted at purchase, plus applicable taxes. Late payments may accrue interest or result in suspension per your agreement. API usage and overage may be billed in arrears as described in the product.

Intellectual property

We retain rights to the platform, models, and documentation. You retain rights to your data. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the service without obligation to you.

Warranty disclaimer

Except where required by law, the service is provided as-is. AI outputs are assistive; you remain responsible for decisions and compliance in your use cases.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of the agreement is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim, subject to exceptions for fraud or willful misconduct as applicable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws and courts specified in your master agreement or, if none, the jurisdiction we designate in the order. Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith support escalation.
