We use subprocessors to host infrastructure, support, and email delivery under contracts. We do not sell personal data. Enterprise customers may execute a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) that describes roles and subprocessor commitments.

Retention

We retain data as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, and dispute resolution. API logs and backups follow schedules described in your order or the product documentation.
